Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Binmek account and associated data.

Ways to delete your account

From the app (recommended if you can sign in)

If you have access to the Binmek app, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open the Binmek app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Use the Delete account option and confirm with your phone number.

Your personal profile and associated private data will be removed from our active databases promptly after confirmation.

By email (if you cannot use the app)

You can request account deletion by email. We will process your request after we verify your identity.

Email us at: support@binmek.com

Please use the subject line “Account deletion request” and include the phone number associated with your Binmek account so we can locate and delete the correct account.

We will respond to confirm receipt and will remove your personal profile and associated private data from our active databases in line with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security or fraud prevention purposes.


What happens when your account is deleted

  • Your personal profile and the data we associate with your account are deleted from our active systems.
  • We may retain certain data (e.g. project logs or financial records) where required by law or for security and fraud prevention.
  • You will no longer be able to sign in or use the app with that account.
